AWCCI Participation in Private Sector Advocacy and Private Sector Role in Economic Development Program by CLDP

AWCCI representatives participated in Private Sector Advocacy Program by CLDP on February 25-27, 2020 at Sofitel Hotel, Dubai, UAE. This program was funded by USAID (United States Agency for International Development) and designed for private sector economic role in Afghanistan. 5 AWCCI officials from Executive, Leadership, Legal and Pubic and International Relations attended the training and discussion of basics of private sector Advocacy. In this program three legal experts and professors each Mr. Thomas M. Susman, Ms. Caroline Fredrikson, Mr. Nicholas W. Allard from United States of America attended the program and they provided their recommendations for better performance of private sector representatives of Afghanistan.

During this program, the Afghanistan private sector leaders talked about the basic issues in private sector and they came up with resolutions for more successful private sector in Afghanistan. At the end of program for each of the participants were provided by CLDP certificate of participation.
